I'm so glad you are: interested! A lot of what makes for good health has already been determined by your parents: genetics! But a tremendous amount is in your hands. First, develop a daily habit of exercise...moving more. Put a healthy combination of foods in your body, mostly fruits and vegetables. Be safe in your personal behavior. Embrace relationships that nurture you. Pursue what gives your life meaning. Be well!
