Undoubtedly a bug: But some are not so normal as has been pointed out! Next trip, take along activated charcoal. It gets many bugs out of your system and you don't have to guess which antibiotic to take. It will help with your symptoms now as well. But agree that you should probably be seen now, especially if any fever or blood.
