Drink water!: It's really important to stay hydrated - drink water (5-8 8oz glasses a day). Also, it's getting to be time to see a doctor for tests to see what's the cause. It might be simple and you can relax and get back to normal. If it's a strange bug or whatever - getting it resolved sooner is better than later. Best!
