Muscular: When pain is provoked by a change in position, it's generally due to the tug of gravity against inflamed structures: muscles ,ribs, costochondral junctions . An anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen or naproxen should provide some relief. Take with food and in a dose that is adequate to do the job. Massage and heat can also help. Good luck.
