You are sick!: Any pain can cause nausea if severe. If you are feeling the need to urinate or have a BM along with the pain then something is wrong either in the bladder or lower colon. Possibly uterus or ovary. You don't say how old you are, but if this keeps up you should see a doc and find out what it is and how to stop it. Good luck!
