Need workup: First pill in stool due to fast transit in GI tract due to diarrhea. Medicine already absorbed in bloodstream..Symptoms going on too long and need workup. Stool specimens; ultrasound or ct scan;pelvic exam and possible colonoscopy to determine cause.
