Repeat US: Technology has come a long way and ultrasounds can detect early components of pregnancy even before the fetus can be visualized. There are different values that a early pregnancy (gestational sac ) needs to be in order for it to be diagnosed with an abnormal pregnancy/missed abortion etc. Please be patient and speak to your ObGyn for further information.
