Hello sir..after waiting for over two months ..my wife conceieved again..sac is 10 weeks, but embro/fetus 7 weeks ..should i be very cocncerned ?

You should have the: 18 week ultrasound to more accurately determine gestational age at that time. The bigger the fetus, the more accurate ultrasound measurement will be. At 7-10 weeks, it is simply too early to tell with a high degree of precision.
