Gastroenterologist: The prilosec dose may have to be doubled, but if you're not doing well you should be under the care of a gastroenterologist who will supervise your entire treatment regimen and order any appropriate testing in order to determine why you would be refractory to the usually effective treatment.

Abdominal pain: If not responding to Prilosec, you might want to have it checked out for infection in the stomach or other reasons for the pain, like gall bladder problem pancreatitis etc.
