I am currently taking steroids. sus deca and dianabol. i have mild acne in the tip of my nose. i can take something which wouldn't aggravate my acne?

Simple stuff: Start off with benzoyl peroxide over the counter. Your physician may be able to add a topical or systemic antibiotic; this should be sufficient. If you have a bad flareup, he/she can help.
