Cream: Try eucerin calm or cetaphil and make sure you are washing with something very gentle like cetaphil wash so it doe not get more irritated. Don't forget to moisturize !

I've rosacea near nose and on cheeks. I don't have acne pimples. I've redness, small rash and visible blood vessels near nose. Does it mean my nose is enlarged or will enlarge in future? If it does, will I notice it or it can be very slight change?
My wife has red nose accompanied with pimples. It is periodical and only slightly releaved with rosacea cream. What else might it be?
