Cubical tunnel or...: Most commonly an ulnar nerve compression at the elbow, or less likely a nerve root being pinched at the neck. Avoid sleeping with you arm bent under your head at night. Try a light ace wrap around you elbow to keep the arm straight while you sleep. If that doesn't better see you doc for a nerve conduction or ekg study. Lots of more invasive treatment options.

Ulnar nerve?: Are you wearing something tight around your elbow or wrist? If so, take it off. Do you sleep with your arms curled? If so, try and keep them straight. See if these simple things help. If not, see a doc. Best of luck!
