No: Screening tests, are good negative tests, wouldn't be affected by keppra, (levetiracetam) they usually test for the antibodies for hiv 1 and hiv 2, and what's called the p24 antigen, part of the virus itself, false positives on the other hand would warrant confirmatory tests, wish you wellness, take care
