Peptic ulcer disease: Although 2% of patients on Doxycycline can have upper abdominal pain association with eating likely is related to Gastric ulcer and needs evaluation by a doctor. Keep an eye on your stools to see if not black which can signify gastric bleed. This should prompt an ER visit.
