Why not diet?: The only way to loose fat and weight is to eat less than you are using up. The best way is to stop eating junk food, eat smaller portions especially of starchy foods like rice, bread, pasta, and potatoes.. Eat lots of vegetables and good proteins, such as chicken and fish.
