Perhaps : Typically we use it for a short period of time to reduce pigmentation issues following resurfacing or hypertophy of scar revisions. Why are you on it for so long ?

Kenecomb Ointment: Repeated use of topical steroids in the same area can cause thinning of the epidermis and changes in the connective tissue of the dermis. The skin becomes lax, wrinkled, and shiny. Steroid rosacea commonly observed in fair-skinned people. Do not use kenecomb ointment daily on your face.
