You are feeling: either the stitches or the ANCHOR used for the repair! This will diminish as you heal and fibrous tissue covers the surgical material! Hope this helps! Dr Z

Healing Tendon.: Most likely you are feeling the site of the tendon repair. The tendon may thicken and swell while healing. in time the lump may resolve some what.
