Here are some...: With all what you have gone through as reported in your profile, what you experienced may be what you are going to have and live since you already have received the most common and effective treatment. Constantly feeling something inside rectum may be related with inflammatory change of prostate. Empirically, it's worthwhile to try 500 mg Ceftriaxone + 1 gm azithromycin and see.
