I'm on amoxicillinan i was wondering if i can take a night time benadryl (diphenhydramine) to help with my stuffy nose and sore throat?

That's Fine: No issues taking amoxicillin and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night but just to be cleat Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an antihistamine and doesn't really treat stuffy nose or sore throat. It can treat rash, itching, watery eyes, itchy eyes/nose/throat, runny nose, and sneezing.
