Probably not.: If your husband's jaundice is truly due to gallstones, it will not be a danger to the fetus. However, if there is a possibility that the jaundice could have other causes, such as viral hepatitis or other infectious causes of liver disease, then there could be some peril. Your husband should have his jaundice evaluated and treated promptly. Good luck.
