Stress : Stress can affect the timing of your menses onset. Sometimes you can get a tubal pregnancy even if your tubes are tied. I would take weekly pregnancy test until your period starts. Follow up with your ob/gyn if you menses does not occur in one week. Sometimes fibroid can block the opening at your cervical os.
