No: No, this is not possible. Acute appendicitis can lead to rupture in some cases. Appendicitis can be caused be a blockage of the lumen/lining most likely be a fecalith. This leads to secondary inflammation/infection, called acute appendicitis. Vomitting cannot cause rupture of the appendix; however, vomitting can be a sign of appendicitis or a ruptured appendix.
