May be it's: muscle pain like when you twisted the ribs and hurt the muscle inside - called the intercostal muscle. Or it could be referred pain from an internal organ being sick, like the gallbladder or lung. Come-and-go pains are suspicious for gallbladder though. If it continues and doesn't get better after taking some ibuprofen 1-2 tabs 3 times a day x3-4 days, see a HC professional.

Doesn't seem serious: if not really painful, and comes and goes but if it becomes constant or painful or you are just really worried you need to see someone and be examined. We would just be guessing. Good luck!
