Terrible pain in upper spine,back & awful pressure in chest. chest xray done 3 days ago as well as ekg, clear. could something have been missed like an aortic aneurysm? no family history as far as i know but its extremely painful & hard to function?

For diagnostic clarity I recommend X-Rays of the upper spine and if normal then an evaluation for possible esophageal disorder conducted by a gastroenterologist. Pulmonary, cardiac or aortic pathology seem unlikely.
