Not mycoplasma: Genital infections, right? Most genital mycoplasmas cause no disease. For example, M. hominis and Ureaplasma are normal in the genital tract and rarely cause symptoms. M. genitalim can be more serious, but doesn't cause fever, fatigue, headache, etc. Probably no mycoplasma has anything to do with your symptoms, which is why the antibiotics haven't helped. Consider an infectious disease specialist.
