I am having piercing pains and tightness widespread from my ribs all the way aroud to my stomach. i get dizzy and have massive headaches on the left side mostly . what coud this be?

Go see a doctor: more info is needed: your age, your health history, your duration of symptoms. What you have tried for relief. Pain daily, several times a day, or constant? Your occupation. Any mess you take. The chest symptoms could be costochondritis . But more history and a physical are indicated for you.
