Alprazolam : Normally alprazolam (Xanax) has a very short half life and if you only took one dose it would be totally out of your system in less than 24 hrs. The half life of any medication depends on the mode of administration, individual metabolism and absorption, other meds, etc, but irregardless it is highly unlikely that there would be any trace of one dose of Xanax 5 days later
