Nerve pain: This sounds like neuropathy or "nerve pain." Neuropathy is a different kind of pain from your typical myofascial (muscle) types of pain and therefore, is treated differently and most likely won't respond to traditional pain medications. For prolonged symptoms, a medical evaluation is definitely warranted. Best of health to you!
