Shingles possible: If the rash is strictly following a certain line on your thigh/calf, and it appears to be vesicular (has little fluid in sac) and red/angry, it may be shingles. Or could be contact dermatitis from something your skin brushed up against (e.g. poison ivy or sumac). Please see a healthcare professional for help right away.
