Folliculitis: Try either Oxy5 or 10 or Clearisil with benzoyl peroxide OTC or prescription strength from your physician. Good hygiene with loose clothing is important, too. Folliculitis or small abscesses can also clear faster with warm soaks, such as in a bathtub.
