i have small, red & sometimes itchty bumps on my lower back i've had this for over a year now. how did i get this and how do i get rid of them?

Needs Evauation: Without seeing them it is impossible to tell what these represent. It can any number of conditions that can be treated. Since it is persistent it is best to see dermatologist for evaluation.
