NO: It is possible, but very unlikely, to get a primary chancre on the scalp. Does your shampoo tech have syphilis? If your client is seriously infected, the appropriate agency will be coming to check out all contacts. Ask about details and ask permission to talk to her DR. Or ask your client to request her DR send you a note.
