A member asked:

Right foot stiffness/pain. i can point my foot all the way down/away from me, but when trying to bring it up as high as i can toward me, it feels stiff/painful and wont raise as far or easily as left foot. cant recall an injury. what could this be?

Not feasible to provide accurate answer but could consider a problem with peroneal nerve, strain of tibialis anterior or lateral peroneus muscles, or "anterior compartment" syndrome. Have your doctor examine thoroughly and decide on rehabilitation approaches if necessary.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
