Tilt table testing: has a poor sensitivity. Your orthostatic readings are abnormal with a greater than 20 BPM rise in HR. The diagnosis is made 80% of the time on clinical grounds and history, not testing. This is best evaluated and treated by an Electrophysiologist or Cardiologist.
