Lightheaded nl tilt: Rarely in POTS tilt may be neg see Korean J Pediatr. 2013 Jan; 56(1): 32–36. Check thyroid, aldosterone ( autoimmune addison's), renin, lyme( just in case), GERD/ H pylori, check all electrolytes: potassium calcium, magnesium in urine and blood. F/u w/ endocrinologist
