Basilar artery spasm: Many young women experiences episodes of lightheaded, vertigo, closing down of vision into a tunnel with near or even completed faint. Described by bickerstaff many years ago. Associated with spasm of the artery at the base of tbe brain. Often associated with tendency for migraine headaches. Discuss these issues with your doctor.
