Take lots of D3: I advise you take vit d3 20, 000 iu/day for a month, then 5000 iu/day as maintenance, though recheck your levels in 2 months. Goal; 50-100. Avoid the d2 form, which is not as effective & may be harmful. I advise 1 mg a day of vit k2 & 5000 units a day of vitamin a: see http://articles.Mercola.Com/sites/articles/archive/2011/03/26/the-delicate-dance-between-vitamins-d-and-k.Aspx a is important too!

Very low vit D level: That is a very low vit d level you should discuss this with your doctor i usually recommend about 1000 iu of d /25# body wt per day and recheck in about 3 months there are other options but the important thong is to start taking some vit d now.
