How long would it take after increasing lexpro 15mg to 20mg should i notice a difference?

Usually few wks but-: It usually takes a couple of weeks for Lexapro (escitalopram) to take the effect on the receptors of the brain where it works. However after you increase the dosage you might see a difference which could be related tothe drug at the lower dosage just beginning to take effect.
