Yes: A forceful pulsation is not at all uncommon, especially associated with exertion or stress when the heart is beating more forcefully or faster. The neck, because of the arteries being closer to the skin surface and the larger size of arteries there, is a common place to see this. It should be temporary. If you notice it more frequently or if other changes, discuss with your doctor. Stay well:)
