Stomach ache: Steady abdominal discomfort for three days is concerning. It could be due to gastritis(inflammation of the stomach lining) but other inflammatory processes are possible. You should be examined soon by a physician who will order the appropriate tests,and if felt advisable, refer you to the proper specialist in order to make the diagnosis and get you treated.
