Possible relation: Between hives and stonach aches/heartburn, some hypothesize that helicobacter pylori infection which causes GERD or peptic ulcer is a hidden cause for chronic hives, see your doctor to start your management, might refer you to an Allergist/Gastroenterologist, goodluck
