Using prescription nasacort (triamcinolone) daily for sounding nasally. dr said stop and use as needed. what does use as needed mean? use 3-4 days when sound nasally?

If symptoms present: that is as needed but nasal steroids work best if used on daily basis. If no regular symptoms then do not use it & better use a antihistamine like loratadine, fexofenadine, etc (tablets) or nasal azelastine
