I take allegra and nasacort (triamcinolone) daily but am still suffering from recurrent sneezy, runny nose (clear/sticky) and inflamation. is there any other help?

Afrin (oxymetazoline): Afrin nasal spray. Used to be by prescription, but now available over the counter. This should be your first choice. Also, Vit D3 5,000 IU/day, and an herbal anti-inflammatory like Boswell or Turmeric.
