Afrin (oxymetazoline): Afrin nasal spray. Used to be by prescription, but now available over the counter. This should be your first choice. Also, Vit D3 5,000 IU/day, and an herbal anti-inflammatory like Boswell or Turmeric.

See allergist: The best treatment is avoidance of the allergens which can be identified best with allergy skin test and somewhat less effectively with blood tests.
