Wait a bit longer: All medications in this class (SNRI) used to treat depression take 21 to 48 days to take effect, i.e. feel different. If you feel nothing different after 10 days, that is because the drug has not properly metabolized "into your system" yet. This is how the drug works and there is nothing you can do to "speed up" the process. Hope this helps!

It’s too soon: Stick with it a while longer. Some people start to get results in 2 weeks but for most people, it will take several weeks before the drug’s full effects become clear. In other words, 2 to 4 weeks, possibly longer.
