Sure: This is a fairly standard cocktail for depressive and anxiety disorders. While I prefer the newer version called Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) (because you don't need to titrate the dose like Effexor XR) ... That's more a matter of physician preference, hope that helps!

MEDICATION: Best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions.
