Poss just your aorta: With thinner individuals, particularly if lying on your back and with quiet breathing, it is not uncommon to see the your abdominal aorta pulsing under your stomach wall. Review your u/s with your PCP to review all the finding and check that a normal aorta was visualized which should be part of a standard abd u/s scan.
