Maybe: White discharge is commonly suspicious for a yeast infection. The sour smell suggests bacterial vaginosis. It is not uncommon for vaginal infections to occur especially when the hormone environment has been changed as when starting the pill. You best option is to see your gynecologist for an exam to determine if an infection is present and treatment needed. Best wishes:)
