Late period: It sounds like you are just having a late period since your pregnancy test is negative and you are having bloody discharge. If pregnancy is not desired and you are wanting to regulate your periods consider restarting birth control. If you are trying to get pregnant then monitor your cycles over the next few months and see an Obgyn if they do not normalize
