Blister: Likely either trauma or stomatitis. Let your doctor see it and start antibiotics or medicines for your mouth. Ingest a soft liquid diet and keep your mouth clean. All the best.

Oarl Surgeon: It can a a virus infection leading to vesicles or it can be a mucocele. Consult a good oral surgeon, who can examine & advise you of the treatment, medical or surgical.
