Yes: Yoga is a great way to increase flexibility and balance which is important in preventing falls, even though it does not have significant impact on bone density. Strength training, which also does not have a significant impact on bone density, can be protective against injuries. Weight bearing exercise like walking, running, walking stairs, jumping rope is the most effective at prevention and TX.

Yes: 20's male questions if yoga is good for "osteoporosis". Yes, physical exercise is beneficial. Bone enters a growth & anti-osteoporosis phase when exposed to bio-mechanical forces, especially compressive forces arrayed along the long axises of leg bones & spine. Such a force is gravity, a force that can be magnified by gently bouncing on a trampoline, e.g., small floor models for inside home.
